UDU YOGA

UDU YOGA represents a new take on traditional African clay percussions. The overall shape was redesigned to accommodate new music expressions with the sensual curved shape. Each of the hole create slightly different pitch when played. 

The UDU YOGA clay percussions are slip-cast and the thickness of the clay wall can be very well controlled during the production. Feel free to have a listen to couple of the samples presented. The sound of the clay wall is pronounced and shines in the mid to high frequency range. Percussive hits on the clay body produce shifting rainbows of audible harmonic frequencies.
